Your hosts Izzy & Verity bring with them knowledge and experience in traditional Hatha Yoga. Izzy is a Yoga Teacher and Art Therapist and Verity is a Yoga Teacher, Master Practitioner in NLP, Hypnotherapy and Applied Ayurveda Practitioner.

Put in simple terms Yoga means Union. This Yoga and meditation retreat will give you the space for your body and mind to come back to itself, reconnect and re-balance.

The aim of this workshop is to re-balance your body and mind in gentle and easy ways. And yoga is not all about having a good stretch. It's actually a full holistic system which you will discover over the workshop.

Yoga is meditation of the body for connection with mind. This workshop is designed specifically for those who want to reconnect with themselves and enhance their body-mind connection through movement, posture, breathing, meditation, chanting, creativity, learning and self reflection.

Beginner friendly :)

Only when you are centered, balanced and tuned in can you expect to have the strength to support yourself, your loved ones and all those you come in contact with.

Taking time for ourselves is a priority not often taken - but the benefits to ourselves and others can be endless.

The RISE School Holiday Program is designed specifically for Year 9 and Year 10 Girls.

The RISE program has been developed by Rise & Flow Academy and Fresh Sprouts. 
The program is based around making good decisions and healthy choices. A core element of the program is understanding values and mindset as well as creating self-trust and confidence.

The two day program is activity based with
- Meditation
- Yoga
- Art Therapy
- Mind & Body Awareness
- Team Building Activities

Cocoon Rhythm

The hibernation of winter enables the mind and body to soften and transform.  ‘Cocoon Rhythm’ is a rare workshop to encourage you on this special journey.

Feel the vibrations of the cocoon and listen to the inner voice. Emerge through yoga, movement, vocal expression, body percussion and vigorous dance.

Let loose the warrior within and honour, respect and flirt with her energy. Allow the body to flower with the whimsical nature of the breath.

Presented by Sheela Sheena Langeberg, Author, Playwright and Multi-Award winning Performing Artist, and Izzy Pearce, Yoga Teacher and Art Therapist from @FreshSprouts
