Kids Yoga

5-12yrs

Yoga in Kindergartens, Childcare Centres, Primary Schools,  OSHC, Vacation Care and for special events.

One off classes, ongoing classes and programs available at your location. Mats can be provided. 

Children learn yoga postures in a safe, fun, story-telling and educational way. Yoga games and simple meditation included. 

Classes are designed to increase fitness, strength, flexibility, body awareness, mindfulness, relaxation skills, confidence, self-esteem, concentration and coordination.

Teens Yoga

13-17yrs

Yoga in Middle and Senior Schools, Youth Organisations and for special events.

One off classes, ongoing classes and programs available at your location. Mats can be provided. 

Teens are introduced to traditional yoga postures, sequences, mindfulness, relaxation techniques and meditation in an approachable, light-hearted way. 

Classes are designed to improve fitness, flexibility, strength, digestion, clarity and mental focus.

They learn coping strategies and create positive thought patterns, build compassion, understanding, creativity and connectedness.
